McDonald Court
At Site #3, again facing the water, is a tree-lined clearing in the woods, one of the roads built as part of the Richmond Shores development. It was named McDonald Court.
The house at 10 McDonald Court was built by the Wood and Lenahan families (pictured). The Lenahans lived here until the 1970s. It was one of only two houses built on this street. As part of the upgrade and expansion of the park, the houses were razed in 2004.
Several concrete sidewalk and curb remnants can still be found throughout the park today, relics of the development.
